Pietro's Prime

With all that happens with the restaurant scene in the West Chester borough, Pietro’s Prime remains to be the premier Steak and Seafood restaurant. Pietro’s offers excellent service and quality food in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. We are family owned and operated and have been serving the West Chester community for the past 80 years. We pride ourselves on knowing our guests and welcoming new ones.  

 

Pietro Giunta is the Patriarch of whom the restaurant is named after. Native Chester Countians remember him fondly as the proprietor of Italian American Groceries on Darlington Street almost a century ago. With quality meats and produce the customer relied on. They represented, too, the joy and benefits of plain old hard work.

 

Today, the Giunta Family tradition continues at Pietro’s Prime as his great-granddaughter Marisa Giunta, alongside Sean Powell (Executive Chef), set new standards with steak and seafood cookery.  Pietro’s is Zagat rated and has been voted Best in Philly and has also been given the Diner's Choice award.
